Dear Ileana Vazquez-gallipoli,
I Still have not received any part of this request from the Ocean Gate EMS, in which you advised you will forward the request. For further clarification, I would like any records at the Borough level on the Squad in regards to my request since the Squad is authorized to operate within your Borough.
Yours sincerely,
Concerned Resident
Dear Ocean Gate Borough,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean Gate Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Ocean Gate EMS Records'.
Original request was dated May 17, 2020. I was advised that the request was being passed along to the Ocean Gate First Aid Squad. Thereafter, I have not heard back. I followed up, with also no response. This is in violation of the Open Public Records Act under the General Records Council. This request is almost a month old with no movement or response.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/ocean_ga...
Yours faithfully,
Bob McCabe
