Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

related to Ocean County’s purchase, negotiation for purchase, or attempted purchase of the above property, including:
• County freeholder/commissioner resolutions
• Meeting minutes (open or closed session memoranda if releasable)
• Contracts of sale, agreements, appraisals, and cost analyses
• Correspondence (email or written) between the County and:
• Shooters Sporting Center, LLC
• Tip’s Sporting Center, LLC
• Any representatives of Tom Gormley or the Gormley family
• Any attorneys, consultants, appraisers, or brokers involved in the transaction

2. Deed Documents
• Recorded deed transferring the property to Ocean County
• Any prior deeds held by Shooters Sporting Center, LLC or related entities

3. Financial Records
• Vouchers, purchase orders, payment approvals, bond authorizations, or financial memos connected to acquisition of the property

4. Emails and Communications

All emails between any Ocean County agency or official and representatives of:
• Shooters Sporting Center, LLC
• Tip’s Sporting Center, LLC
• Any agents, attorneys, or intermediaries regarding the property

I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean County Clerk's handling of my OPRA request 'Ocean County Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Training Center'.

This respectful request was made over 3 months ago. Kindly review and respond appropriately. A $10,000,000 purchase for a property in Little Egg Harbor is an extraordinary event and I believe my reasonable request for the documents requested are covered by the OPRA. Kindly review and release the requested records.
