      All of the items you are requesting are not documents that are
recorded with the Ocean County Clerk's Office except the liens, but we do
not have a lien status report.      Your request is too vague/broad.  You
would need to know the property owner's names and approximately what year
the lien would've been recorded.  Not all liens require lot and block. 
 There could be judgements that are not recorded with the County Clerk's
Office so you may have to search court records which are not through the
County Clerk's Office.  Your request might require the assistance of a
Title Searcher.  
    The lien records that are recorded with the Ocean County Clerk's
Office are available to the public on our website at
