Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting the discovery (of which can be released pursuant to law of course) pertaining to Ocean County indictment 13-06-01640. This was a case involving a drug induced homicide or something of that nature. I am specifically requesting police reports and reports of similar nature. I do not request any medical information related to the victim, I don't believe I am even entitled to such. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving.
