I am in receipt of your OPRA request referring to Ocean Acres.  The
request you have submitted is very involved and a fee will be charged due
to the fact that there are boxes and boxes upon files and files of Ocean
Acres documents.  The charge would be $19.00 per hour and as of right now,
if you want all files, it would take many hours to compile.  Please be
more specific in what you are asking for there are 15  sections to the
Ocean Acres development.   Please feel free to contact me.
