Dear Barnegat Police Department,

I am writing to formally request public records under the Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. This request does
not require a specific form, and I would appreciate acknowledgment of
receipt of this message.

Record Request:

I would like to obtain the video footage, body camera footage, dashboard
camera footage, and incident report related to a traffic stop conducted by
Officer Koffi (ID #474) and incident number BT25-R818. This incident
occurred between 81 Nautilus Drive and 79 Nautilus Drive in Barnegat, NJ,
on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at approximately 10:50 PM.
