OAL case documents (20220803-1)
Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. Any order, opinion, settlement or other record that disposed of "John T. Davis v. Wildwood City, Dept. of Public Works, OAL Docket Nos 40307-21 and 40308-21"
2. All opinions issued by an ALJ in this case apart from ALJ Elaine B. Frick's May 18, 2023, discovery order which was disclosed in response to an earlier OPRA request.
3. If a trial or final hearing has been scheduled, please provide me the notice to the parties that indicates this. (I'm trying to gauge when I should file my follow-up OPRA request in the event that the case is still open.)
