Any financial agreement, Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreement, long-term tax exemption agreement, or financial agreement under N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq., entered into between the Township of Nutley and Prism Capital Partners (or any related entity) relating to the property at 275 Kingsland Street, Nutley, NJ, including the full agreement, all terms, duration, annual payment amounts, and any conditions attached thereto. If any portion is withheld or redacted, please identify the specific statutory exemption for each withholding as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g).
