Nursing Protocol
Dear Southern Regional School District,

Records requested:
1. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS school nurses office in regards to children/students with temperatures over 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit?
2. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS school nurses office in regards to children/students that vomit in school?
3. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS school nurses office in regards to children/students that defecate and or urinate themselves during the school day.

Dear Anonymous,
The Southern Regional School District received your OPRA request via email
on Friday, March 15, 2019. This response to your request is being
provided to you on the second business day after receipt.
Your OPRA request requested the following:
1. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS
school nurse’s office in regards to children/students with temperatures
over 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit?
2. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS
school nurse’s office in regards to children/students that vomit in
school?
3. What are the protocols for the SRSD and the SRHS
school nurse’s office in regard to children/students that defecate and/or
urinate themselves during the school day.
This request seeks information as opposed to school records and, as such,
is an invalid OPRA request and is denied.
You have a right to challenge the district’s decision by instituting a
proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or by filing a Complaint
