Number of OPRA Requests made to Midland Park by William Sosis by year
Dear Midland Park Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Number of OPRA requests made by William Sosis to Midland Park by year. Number of lawsuits against Midland Park.

Good morning Mrs. Onderdonk,
To clarify, have you accessed the OPRA Machine portal where you originally
submitted your request and processed the withdrawal directly? As the
requestor, you are able to complete this step; I am unable to access the
system on your behalf.
If the request is not withdrawn through OPRA Machine, it will remain
listed as outstanding, which would place the Municipality in violation of
OPRA response requirements. Alternatively, I would need to formally deny
the request, as it seeks information rather than identifiable government
records.
Once the withdrawal has been completed, please feel free to email me your
questions, and I will do my best to assist you.
