Dear Clark Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Please be advised that all full-time employees appear on the User-Friendly Budget. The part-time employee numbers are more fluid and subject to change. The changes as of today are the following:

Dept 20: 1 additional part time employee Dept 25: 4 additional part-time employees Dept 28: 110 additional part-time employees

Please note Dept 28 is comprised of seasonal employees (summer).

Page 4 - USER FRIENDLY BUDGET SECTION - APPROPRIATIONS SUMMARY (ALL OPERATING FUNDS)is where this information appears on all previous years' user friendly budgets. However for the 2024 user friendly budget all the fields are blank.
