This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Requesting data on vaccinated children attending GR public schools testing positive for COVID. The requestor does not need links to the dashboard. The requestor needs actual data to determine the need for Dr. Charleston and the Glen Rock Board of Health to continue implementing a "close contact" policy that discriminates against unvaccinated students. Please provide the number of COVID positive school children (starting from Fall 2021 until present) that are vaccinated with the COVID vaccine.
