Blighted, Condemned, Distressed, Absentee, or HUD Nuisance Properties and their GIS shapefile

All records from 2018–2025 indicating properties cited as unsafe, unfit for habitation, or chronically violating maintenance codes

List of most recent vacant/abandoned buildings that have been flagged for fire pre-planning purposes

Expired permits for demolition that were filed but withdrawn since 1-1-2024

Complaint history for properties since 1-1-2024

A list of properties with unpaid taxes for 3+ years, including addresses, owner names, and lienholder details and in rem properties
