November 2021 General Election Challengers
Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) List of Early Voting and Election Day Challengers for all Monmouth County Locations including name, who they were representing, and location (aka district) for the November 2021 General Election.
2) If applicable, any sign-in sheets during Early Voting and Election Day for all challengers who appeared. This list shall include name, who they were representing, and location (aka district) for the November 2021 General Election.

To Whom if May Concern:
Our office represents the Monmouth County Board of Elections. We are in
receipt of your recent OPRA request. Due to the fact that the Board is
currently handling Fire District Elections the Board will need more that 7
business days to respond to your request. Accordingly, the Board proposes
to provide the requested information on or before January 7, 2022.

I do not know what impact, if any, reducing the request would have on the volume of documents being sought.
If you would like to withdraw the current scope of your OPRA request and reduce same, I can check with my client regarding whether that reduces the size of the production enough to allow for an electronic response.
