Dear Ocean County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

For the November, 2020 election, OPRA request includes:

1. Internal protocol to secure and safeguard external storage or flash
drive contents, inventory logs and error reports.

• Copies of purchase orders/invoicing of related items associated with the
election.

2. Scanner/Tabulator vendor contracts, certification and calibration of
equipment (90-day; 42-day and any subsequent or associated). This should
include pre-election logic testing.

3. Any and all scanner/tabulator logs/reports run during the subject
elected. This should include:

• Undervote;

• Blank;

• Cross-over vote;

• Overvote;

• Appearance of unreadable marks;

• Blank boxed;

• Marked review box.
