I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Please provide copies of (i) notices of violation regarding exterior inspections or incident reports of discharge of fuel, oil, lubricants or similar materials onto the ground (not inside a building), (ii) any communications concerning notices of violation, and alleged or reports of violations, as well as photographs submitted therewith, and (iii) documentation or reports of inspections including photographs, and site visits related to notices of violations or alleged reports of violations concerning 321, 327, and 355 State Route 33, Manalapan (Block 74, Lots 6, 9, 10, and 11.01), from January 1, 2024 to present.
