Dear Middlesex County,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) Copies of all public notices regarding the July 31, 2025 meeting of the Board of County Commissioner
2) Documents sufficient to show which newspapers the notices were submitted to and the date(s) that each notice was submitted.

Good morning,
Per your OPRA request, I’ve attached both Public Notices regarding the
July 31 Board of County Commissioners Meeting:
1. The August 7 to July 31 Meeting Date Change Public Notice (posted on
the County website and Bulletin Board in Administration Building on July
22)
2. The July 31 Meeting Change to Virtual Public Notice (posted on the
County website and posted on the front door of the Administration
Building)
I’ve also included the Newspaper Confirmations for publishing the Public
Notice meeting date change from the Star Ledger, Home News Tribune, and
Courier News (published on July 25), as well as emails sent to the
newspapers on July 31 informing them the County Commissioner meeting was
being virtually due to the State of Emergency.
