2. none, announcement and final decision was made by governing body at the December 4, 2023 Borough Council meeting
3. Can not be determined - (realizing that there are deficiencies within our current website, council has obtained pricing to update/ change our current website, including hiring a social media person to coordinate the social media notifications)
