non-public school (Ocean County Christian Academy) annual reporting requirements
Dear New Jersey Department of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Annual reports relating to the conduct of the institution as required by the commissioner (minus any reports on expenses or finance) from the past 7 years, 2015-2022.
2) Proof of annual fact sheet on sports-related injuries (eye, head, etc.).
3) Board of Health inspections for food services from the past 7 years, 2015-2022.
4) Any/all complaints associated with Ocean County Christian Academy from the past 7 years, 2015-2022.
