Nominating Petitions for 2021 Primary
Dear Old Bridge Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All nominating petitions filed for the June 8th, 2021 primary election, by candidates seeking municipal office (Town Council - Wards 1 through 6), and received by 4:00 PM on April 5th, 2021.

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on April 5, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is April 14, 2021. The Township is responding to
your request on the seventh business day from the receipt of your request.
The request was for:
All nominating petitions for the June 8, 2021 election by candidates
seeking Municipal office (Town Council Wards 1-6) received by April 5,
2021.

Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
