Dear Custodian,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f).

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under NJ, any other state, in the US.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose nor am I seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
Pursuant to NJ OPRA, please provide copies of all records in your possession, custody, or control related to the 2023 municipal nominating petition filed by Cody Loatman for Salem City Council, West Ward.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

• The original nominating petition used to certify 2023 ballot placement for Salem City municipal election or any scanned or electronic copy received from Salem County or the Salem City Municipal Clerk
• Any certified copy relied upon for ballot placement or candidate certification
• Any transmittal, certification, or correspondence referencing the petition
• Any record identifying the residential address listed by the candidate on the petition.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request.
