* a proposed or prospective $75 million CAFE tax-credit application
* CAFE application availability or reopening
* pre-application or technical-assistance discussions
* eligibility or scoring
* financing or equity requirements for the Warner Theater project
* acquisition or ownership of the Warner Theater
* bridge financing
* assignment or transfer of the property or project to Ridgewood Arts Foundation

Please also provide any calendar invitations or meeting invitations during that period identifying meetings between NJEDA personnel and the above-listed individuals or entities concerning those subjects.
