Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
I am requesting a copy of any NJDEP permits (open or closed) related to 14 lots in Deptford Township. Anything related to UST or Wetlands. Block 97, lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12,13,14,26,27,28,29,30
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

47:1A-5(g), NJSA the NJDEP hereby requests that you submit 1 request per
interest. We will accept this OPRA request for 23 Cape May Ave. Deptford
Twp, Gloucester County, block 97 and Lot 6. Please submit new requests for
Adjoining properties: Block 97, lots 7, 8, 9, 10,
11,12,13,14,26,27,28,29,30.
Due to the high volume of requests received by the NJDEP and the
disruption to agency operations, the NJDEP hereby requests that a
Requester limit their OPRA submissions to five requests per business day.
