2) How the cancellation of the 12/18 meeting complied with NJ Sunshine Law when no notice was posted or published in local newspapers.

The information requested thru OPRA request 2024-1 is attached and answered below:

1. no specific record exists within the Borough; this is mandated by state statute N.J.S.A. 10:4-6

2. not a valid OPRA Request - more specification required as to record being sought - see N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1

3. pages 32, 33, 35 and 36 of the Revive proposal are exempt in accordance with N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 (information which, if disclosed would give an advantage to competitors or bidders)
