Records requested: The NJ DOE has stated multiple times in numerous OPRA requests that the school funding formula is calculated using "proprietary software". I'd like to see the contracts for the "proprietary software" used for calculating the school funding formula. To be clear, I do not need to see the school funding formula itself. I want to see the contract the state entered into for use of the software that is used for calculating school funding.
