Dear Bradley Beach Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am requesting records related to the case of Bradley Beach Police Chief Leonard Guida, who confronted Sgt. William Major, a subordinate, about the sergeant’s jacket, specifically complaining that the lettering on the jacket was “not fit to be worn, and att some point, the altercation turned physical. This incident happened on Nov. 9, 2023 around 10:30 pm in Main Street in Bradley Beach. I respectfully request access to the following:

- Complete and multi-perspective body camera footage from responding officers
- In-car/dash camera footage (if available)
- Booking photographs of the arrestee
- Surveillance footage (if available)
- Arrest and/or incident reports
