we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

In regards to your recent OPRA request pertaining to various lien and property information, please be advised:

- The Township does not have information pertaining to the practice of assigning Municipal Liens;
- The Tax Collector has provided the attached information pertaining to a list of active tax lien investors associated with current open property liens from 2002 to 2022;
- The Township does not generate property bankruptcy and probate information;
- The Building Department does not have responsive information regarding vacant and abandoned properties.
