we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

This is in response to your OPRA request dated December 27, 2022 and
received by the Custodian of Records on December 28, 2022.  This response
is being provided on the 4th business day following receipt of your
request.   
Your request and Chester Township's responses are below:

Yes, in accordance with NJ Statutes

Chester Township does not have a list of properties in probate.

Chester Township does not maintain a list of vacant and/or abandoned
properties.
You requested the files be provided in excel format.  Unfortunately the
reports run are in pdf format.  We are unable to move them into excel
without significant corruption of the data, unfortunately.
