3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

In response to your OPRA request, please find the attached documents. The document is not available in excel, so you will find it in PDF attached.
Please find the below comments from our Tax Collector who prepared this file:
1. Attached please find a list of outstanding liens. There is a total of 5.
The Borough of Chatham listed liens are for non-buildable lots. The Borough of Chatham has never assigned their liens.
2. The lienholder's name and address is on the bottom of that list.
3. There are no properties in bankruptcy.
4. Any properties that have liens on them are included in the above list.
5. I don't have any information on properties in probate. That sounds like a questions for Morris County Hall of Records.
6. There are no vacant or abandoned properties.
