we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

In response to your OPRA request below:
1) We have never assigned a municipal lien, however there is no legal precedence that defines that we won't. Any offers would have to presented to Mayor & council with supporting documentation from the myself, the Tax Collector, for the approval or benefit to the municipality in doing so.
2) A list of current tax lien Investors is attached.
3) We do not keep a list of properties in bankruptcy, as it is not an action enforced by the municipality since bankruptcies do NOT exclude the owners from their liability of Property Taxes.
4) Any open liens/properties are attached in report form
5) We do not have properties in probate at this time
6) We do NOT have a list of vacant or abandoned properties, as we do not require them to be reported.
