Dear Wrightstown Borough,

HI there we hope all is well

we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

Freda Gorman,

I have forwarded your request to the Tax Collector. He will be back in the office on Tuesday, January 3rd. We do not keep lists of vacant/abandoned properties and would have no information as to probate unless the Tax Collector received a request to change the property owner to the "Estate of..." in the tax database. Searching the tax database, there are currently no properties with "Estate of..." listed as owner.

Can only provide for number 4. Number 1 is no. Number 2 i cannot provide
as the list thats generated has sensitive date on it (Tax ID numbers). No
properties are in bankruptcy. Attached is #4. Non  in probate for $5 that
I am aware of. You answered #6.
