we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

The Township of Waterford received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on December 28, 2022. The seven day business deadline for my response is January 10, 2023. This response if being provided to you on the 2nd day since the receipt of the request.

1. Yes, the town assigns municipal tax liens to outside investors upon request and approval from committee.

3. Bankruptcy list - see attached
4. Lien list - see attached
5. Waterford Township does not have or maintain a probate list
6. Waterford Township does not have or maintain a vacant and/or abandoned property list.

These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is zero ($ 0).

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Waterford to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
