we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

1. The Township does not assign their municipal liens
2. The only lienholder listing we have is of anyone that registered to attend our tax sales, they may or may not actually hold liens
3. Bankruptcy listing attached
4. Unaudited Lien trial Balances attached for Outside and Municipal Liens
5. We do not have any information of properties in probate

ProChamps: I am still awaiting the list of vacant properties from ProChamps. I will hopefully be in touch shortly with those.

I apologize for the delay. I was having issues with ProChamps regarding your request.

Apparently, they are reading #6 as "vacant And abandoned properties" as 1 list, which does not exist. We have vacant property lists but we do not have an abandoned property list.

If you would like just the vacant properties list, please resubmit and OPRA request just listing that and Not Abandoned.
