writing and then approved by the Mayor and Committee," Ms. Caton's notation
in response to 3. Above, "None in bankruptcy," Ms. Caton's notation in
response to 5. Above, "No List," and copies of the following documents
responsive to your request:

Tax Lien Investors List (17 pages)
Open Liens held by Wantage Township (18 pages)
Liens held by Investors (16 pages)

Attached please find, as provided by Wantage Zoning Board secretary Jeanne
McBride, Ms. McBride's response to 3. And 6. above, "no such lists exists JM
1/3/23."

agency has a responsibility and obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
