Dear Requestor,

The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated December
28, 2022.

Your request sought the following:
"1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back
to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties"

At the link above, please find the responsive documents provided by the
Building Department and Tax/Water/Sewer Collector for "List of all vacant
and abandoned properties"; "list of all properties that have liens on them

Please be advised that the reports were converted to excel; some of the
formatting may have been affected. The PDF files have also been provided

Please be advised there were no responsive documents on file to your
