we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

In response to your OPRA request - please see below. By copy of this email, I ask our Tax Collector to provide any additional records that she may have which would be responsive.

* The Borough does not maintain a list of properties that are in bankruptcy; therefore no such records exist.
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
* The Borough does not maintain a list of properties that are in probate; therefore no such records exist.
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties.
* The Borough does not have an Ordinance to require owners of abandoned/vacant properties to register; therefore no such records exist.
