2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Attached are the records we have on file pertaining to #2 and #4 of your request.
They are redacted as follows:
1. Social Security Numbers: Social Security Numbers are exempt from Disclosure under NJSA 47:1A-1.1.
2. Tax Id numbers: per Governor’s Executive Order # 26, which states that a person’s finances/bank information is not disclosable under OPRA.
3. Phone Numbers: unpublished phone numbers are not disclosable under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
#1 of your request is not a valid OPRA request. OPRA is a means to request documents only, not a means to ask questions.
With regard to #3, #5 and #6, there are no records kept at the Township regarding these items, therefore, these portions of your request are denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, as no records were found.
