HI there we hope all is well

we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

As the official Records Custodian, I received your OPRA request on January
3, 2023.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your
request is January 12, 2023.  This response to your request is being

1.            Does the Township assign Municipal Liens?  Yes the Township
of Pennsville does assign municipal liens.

2.            List of all Tax Lien Investors Please see the attached
document.

3.            List of all Properties in bankruptcy  Currently there are no
such properties in Pennsville, therefore no such record exist.

4.            List of all Properties that have liens on them dating back
to 2002 until the date of your request.  Please see the attached document.

5.            Can we have a list of all Properties that are in probate? 
Please be advised that the Township of Pennsville does not keep such a
list, therefore no such record exist.

6.            List of all vacant and abandoned properties The Township of
Pennsville does not keep such a list, therefore no such record exist.

 

These records are being transmitted to you via email therefore there is no
charge for the documents.
