This asks a question and therefore is not covered under the OPRA statute; nonetheless this portion of your request has been forwarded to the appropriate department for response

2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
This has been forwarded to the appropriate department for response; any responsive records will be provided to you.

3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
This has been forwarded to the appropriate department for response; any responsive records will be provided to you.

4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
This has been forwarded to the appropriate department for response; any responsive records will be provided to you.

5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
The municipality does not maintain these records

6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
The municipality does not maintain these records

Good morning,
Please see attached lien holder listing, lien account status report and list of properties in bankruptcy, to the best of our knowledge. Statutorily I can assign a lien at full face value without an assignment sale. An assignment sale is necessary to assign a lien at less than full face value and we have no plans to hold an assignment sale in the foreseeable future.
