1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

This is in response to your record request that was received on December
28, 2022.  This is being supplied on the sixth business day.  As per
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 unlisted telephone numbers and social security numbers
were redacted.  As per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 “a public agency has a
responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted.”

 

 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Lindenwold to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
