we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

Good Morning,

#1 The Township very rarely will assign a lien.

#3 I can only generate a report for people that are in arrears because of
bankruptcy.  We do not keep a “list” of all the people that have ever
declared bankruptcy.

I’m sorry, I do not understand #5

#6 Lawrence does not keep a list of abandoned and vacant property.

 

I have generated what I can in Excel.
