2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

In regards to item #6 - Please be advised that The Borough of Lawnside has partnered with Property Registration Champions Corporation (PRC or PROCHAMPS) in the administration of its Defaulted Mortgage Property Registry in accordance with Ordinance #07-2017 which was adopted on June 7, 2017 and published on May 4, 2017.

If necessary, you can obtain information regarding any vacant/abandoned properties in the Borough of Lawnside by going to www.PROCHAMPS.com.
