HI there we hope all is well

we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

Good Afternoon,

Please see the following in response to your OPRA request -
1. does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
- liens are sold at an annual auction (held in October) If they are not sold to Third Party Lien Holders, they are then struck off to the Municipality.
2. can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
- we do not maintain a list of tax lien investors
3. can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
- we do not have any parcels in bankruptcy at this time
4. can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
- attached is a lien list from 2002 to today
5. can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
- we do not have that information
6. can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
- attached is a vacant property list
