I am in receipt of your OPRA request to L. Reibrich dated December 27,
2022.  
Please be aware that none of the requested lists exist.
Please see the following request list for notes (listed in blue) regarding
the requested information:
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens - Borough has no
current municipal liens. No list exists.
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors - Borough has no current
liens  No list exists.
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy - There is
no list of properties in bankruptcy.
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back
to 2002 until today - No list exists.  There is one property that meets
the requested criteria - The property is 304 Windermere Avenue which had a
lien by Ridgeback Ventures, LLC, PO Box 503, Mount Freedom, NJ 07970  in
2017 which was redeemed in 12/2020. 
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate  - No list
exists. Unaware of any properties in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties - No vacant or
abandoned properties within the Borough - No list exists.
