HI there we hope all is well
we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Good morning:
I have forwarded your request to the Tax Collector for a response. She is
only in the office on Thursdays from 10-noon.
I can respond to #6 we do not have a vacant and abandoned property
ordinance and therefore do not have a list of all vacant and abandoned
properties.

Attached please find the response to your OPRA Request:
1 - In the past the Borough has assigned Municipal Liens
2 - Lien Holders list is attached.
3 - No list of bankruptcy exists
4 - List of Liens attached
5 - No list of properties in probate exists.
6 - Hampton Borough does not have a Vacant and Abandoned Property
Ordinance therefore there is no list of abandoned properties.
