Good Morning,
The Township of Franklin received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on December 28, 2022. The official Records Custodian, Ann Marie
McCarthy, received your OPRA request on December 28, 2022. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 9,
2023. An extension was requested making the new deadline January 13,

N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1- This record cannot be released due to personal
information on document requested.
5. a list of all properties that are in probate- There are no records on
file.
