2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

Mr. Toby,
I have attached a list of all municipal and outside open liens from 2002-2022 as per your request. I have also attached a list of Lien Investors, as well as a list of open bankruptcies. My office does not maintain a list of Vacant or abandoned properties, that is maintained by our Code Enforcement Department. I have included Donna Heffley in this e-mail, she may be able to provide this list to you.
If you see a property on this list with a municipal lien on it that you may have interest in acquiring as an assignment, fell free to contact my office directly.
All Lien Assignments are conducted according to laws set forth in State Statutes N.J.S.A 54:5-112 through N.J.S.A. 54:5-129
