The names and addresses of all record owners of 439-441 Hawthorne Ave, Newark, NJ 07112
(including all general partners in the case of a partnership). If the record owner is a corporation, the names and addresses of the registered agent and of the corporate officers. If the address of any record owner is not located in the county in which the dwelling is located, the name and address of a person who resides in the county and is authorized to accept notices from a tenant, to issue receipts for those notices and to accept service of process on behalf of the out-of-county record owner(s). The names and addresses of all holders of recorded mortgages on the property.
Any and all registration of properties forms (Registration Statement, etc.) filed in connection with 439-441 Hawthorne Ave, Newark, NJ 07112.
Any and all Certificates of Occupancy.

In regards to your OPRA request, 12538, we received the following
response from the Register’s Office :
“The deed information is online available on our press.essexregister.com
system. Corporation and partnership names can be obtained in Trenton.
C.O's are not filed with our office. If customer needs additional
information, please hire a title searcher, the county cannot perform
searches.”
This request is now considered closed.
