NJ DEP Transition Plan
Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. As required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities with Act (ADA) and 28 CFR 35.105, a Public Entity is required to engage in a self-evaluation and develop a transition plan to improve accessibility for the disabled. Please provide a copy of the plan that covers the NJDEP plan in electronic format.
2. Please provide a copy of all Title II accommodation requests submitted to the NJ DEP and information regarding the resolution of each.
Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.b.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Record
