Nicholas Scutari files and records related to investigation
Dear New Jersey Attorney General's Office,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you for your response. It appears that your letter is in response to a previous OPRA request and not this one. After my previous request was denied on the grounds of being overly broad, I submitted this OPRA with a more narrow request. Please let me know if this specific request is also being denied.
